In virtue of the health emergency the country is going through due to COVID-19 pandemic, the Executive Authority, by Decree No. 094/2020, has encouraged all employers to implement and promote, in all cases where it is possible, for workers to carry out their tasks at home, what is commonly known as teleworking (home office).
