On May 19 the regulatory decree of Act 19.172 was published in the Official Gazette. Said law established the parameters under which the Governement will control and regulate the commercialization, distribution and consumption of marijuana and its derivatives. The decree herein referred to establishes dispositions in relation to the prohibition of consumption in the workplace, the procedures to control such, and the consequences before being detected.
