H&H had the pleasure of inviting clients and friends to the presentation of a book about the Governance of Limited Companies, written by our partner Dr. Héctor Ferreira. Corporate Governance is one of the more topical issues in corporate law in this age, and the event served to analyze diverse aspects of such governance such as its implementation in Uruguay. Cr. Pablo Sitjar, president of the Montevideo Stock Market, was the guest speaker, and the event was also attended by authorities and well known members of the Academy.
