The first “Summit of Women in Business 2016” organized by Club de Negocios World Trade Center Colonia del Sacramento took place last week at the Sheraton Colonia Golf & Spa Resort. Entrepreneurs and professional women participated. The objective of this Summit of Rio de la Plata is to strengthen the role of women in the business world, to inspire them and be a space where they can exchange experiences to synergize.
During the event speakers talked about different gender issues related to women in taking business decisions, challenges and current obstacles of women in the field of business, new challenges and opportunities for the future, etc. Also business and competitiveness issues: analysis of new trends and tools for entrepreneur and professional women, seeking business opportunities through the WTC network and growth through alliances with international brands, etc.
