On the 5th of August of 2021, decree N° 246/021 (“Decree”) was published in the Uruguayan Official Gazette. The Executive power updated and repealed some of the aspects of decree N°046/015 (regulatory of Act N°19,172) relative to the control and regulation of cannabis for medicinal and scientific use.
